Las Vegas, Nevada A private house
Members only — longevity & recovery

A place to come back to yourself.

Solstice House is a private club for cold water, light, and quiet restoration — open by invitation to a small number of members in Las Vegas.

We did not build a clinic. We built a house — a place where recovery is not a procedure, but a habit you keep among people who know your name.

The city outside runs on excess and bright light. Solstice House is the counterweight: a small, considered space where the nervous system is allowed to settle.

Cold water, infrared warmth, an IV lounge run with the unhurried care of a good hotel. Diagnostic work, where useful, read by a physician — never sold as spectacle.

Membership is kept small on purpose. The rooms are quieter that way.

— A place to come back to yourself.

Three rooms, each a different temperature.

The house is arranged around contrast — cold, warmth, and stillness — and, loosely, around the hours of the sun. Members move between the rooms at their own pace, with staff present but never insistent.

Morning — cold

The Cold Room

A purpose-built plunge kept at a steady working temperature, with a small antechamber to breathe before and after. Towels warmed. Light kept low. The point is the return, not the shock.

Plunge · breath · contrast
Midday — warmth

The Light Room

Full-spectrum infrared in a wood-lined room built for one or two. Warmth that arrives slowly and leaves the mind unusually clear. A timer, a glass of water, and very little else.

Infrared · warmth · stillness
Evening — stillness

The IV Lounge

A quiet lounge where physician-supervised infusions are prepared for members as part of a regular practice — not a spectacle. Comfortable chairs, low conversation, and the discretion of a good hotel bar.

Infusions · diagnostics · care

One membership. By invitation.

The house membership
By invitation Price on enquiry

Solstice House keeps a single membership, held by a small number of people at any time. Access is extended by invitation, or by a private request reviewed by the house.

We do not publish a price. If it is right for you, the house will say so — plainly.

  • Unscheduled use of the cold, light, and lounge rooms
  • Physician-supervised infusions, arranged with the house
  • Baseline diagnostics, read and explained in person
  • A locker, kept, and a familiar chair
  • Guest passes, extended at the house's discretion

I came to this work the long way around — tired, in a city that does not forgive tiredness, looking for a place that took recovery seriously without making it feel clinical.

I could not find one. So the house is an attempt to build it: small, warm, unhurried, and honest about what it is and what it is not. A place to come back to yourself, in the most ordinary sense of the phrase.
